Why the agents are asking the tenant’s Race, Nationality for renting out their properties. Is this not part of racial discrimination? Can you please look into this matter and put a guideline for agents not to ask tenant’s race and nationality?

Unfortunately this is a practise but it is not so much about race, but about the lifestyle of the different ethnic groups where landlords have bad experiences from before deriving the conclusion that they prefer other tenant's profile. Hope you have settled in well. Read More
