Why is there no unit for sale in Gold Palm Mansions?

Hi,
Well I guess its an environment where the sellers are very satisifed with as a long-term home. In any, Just opposite is Sunnyvale Residences, which there are still limited units left out of the exclusive 30-unit freehold boutique project. May I share with you more about the starbuys available so to see if it fits your requirements?

That primary depends on the sellers objectives and satisfaction. I believe owners there are not motivated to move due to either price or maybe because they do not see themselves as comfortable anywhere else. It's an individual choice. You could perhaps consider surrounding developments in view of the sliding market.
