Hi sir/madam,

To my understanding, Cascadale is about 7 years older than Changi Green to compare these 2 projects which explains the difference in prices, however, if you feel that your mentioned unit has very good renovation and very well kept, there is no reason for the price to be lower than the surrounding projects.
