Hi,

Sorry to say, but one man's meat is another man's poison.

Number 1, Jurong is not a factory town. I believe you are not very informed on the happenings in Singapore over the last few years? Are you a foreigner? Or did you just came back from overseas after many years?

Just a brief update for you, Jurong is the up-and-coming 2nd CBD in Singapore, with Government plans all rolled out for the next 5-10 years. The highlight (for J Gateway) would be the high-speed rail that is going to connect Singapore to KL within 45 minutes.

Number 2, you are comparing apples to oranges. An apple cost $1.50 and an orange cost $1.20. Does it mean that Apple is nicer to eat than Orange? That everyone should eat Apples and nobody should ever eat Oranges? In my opinion, those that chooses to eat Oranges are definitely not nuts. It could be that they prefer Oranges to Apples.

Similarly to properties, you may feel that The Sail is a better buy than J Gateway. But that doesn't mean everyone else have to think the same to you? Interestingly, it is because of this differing in opinions that the World is how it is today.

Rather than focusing on whether some Sellers are nuts, I think it is best if you can focus on your own budget and finances, draft out a plan that is comfortable for you, and start your property investment journey.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Jurong which has the most number of factories in Singapore is most aptly called factory town, you got a problem with that? Why talk about apples and oranges? J Gateway is like a kiwi fruit selling for the price of mao san wang. People who like eating kiwi or durians are not nuts, but it is people who pay durian price for kiwi or selling kiwi at durian price that are nuts. Let us see how many suckers will pay durian price for kiwi in the resale market!
