Why is the estuary so difficult to rent out ?

Hi Mrs Jas,
The most straightforward reason for your issue highlighted is very likely due to stiff competition from other units. It would be ideal to find out what your neighbouring units are seeking in terms of rental and how does your unit fair in comparison with them. If after working out and you are willing to make adjustments to the terms and conditions of your unit available, then perhaps unit will more likely be appealing to the prospective tenants. If current terms and conditions apis the minimum you are able to accept, then perhaps you will stand a chance once your competitor units are taken up.
