Why are condos so expensive nowadays.How to own one that is of a decent living condition for a budget of $450k.At least ard 900 sq ft.?
After all the property rules tightening,prices still remain high.
Worst still, even EC prices are not cheap either as compared to those days where $450k give U a 2 br or only cost $330k for 895sq ft in Mayspring.Any hope to live in condo with this budget for a family of 4 for stay in?Any chance of recession and financial crisis again to see those prices again?
