Why are agents unresponsive once they have the profile? They can at least reply suitable or not suitable.

Hi

Sadly, when I reply to all Tenants when all the profiles do not match I do get some nasty remarks such as discrimination etc. Or occasionally do get Tenants getting different friends to call on a daily basis.

Secondly, there are too many same profiles enquiring at every hour, it can be a hassle and overlook to reply when rushing for appointments.
