Hi Yarden,

All private condo or apartments have their attractiveness to their potential tenants regardless of the location. Some tenants like it near to MRT away from noisy traffic while others do not mind as they prefer it to be closer to such amenities, at a price of course.

To invest in a unit for rental, you'll also need to consider such factors, as units near to amenities will come at a premium over those further away.

I do have a 1 bedroom + 1 utility room unit at The Tier. This is a freehold development which has just TOP late 2011. Typical rental for this unit can fetch around $3200, and is asking only at $820k negotiable. If you are keen, do drop me an email or call me directly for more information.
