Who signs OTP first? Is it the seller does checklist and sign first before passing to buyer? Or buyer signs first before passing to seller with cheque? Agreed on price to buy with buying agent said will seal the deal. But signed otp, gave the cheque and agent now says seller/seller agent reject my otp and wants to play the waiting game to look for higher bidders with my cheque? Any advice?
