Who is responsible for paying the pest control fee if its the tenant that caused the infestation due to their unhygienic practices. Before my tenants moved in there were no issue with pests but after they shift in that's when the issue started. They tend to leave their trash around the house especially in kitchen and fridge. We have seen ants crawling out from their room into the living room as well although we did not have any photos as we were quick to get rid of them. They use to throw their trash every week when they accumulate around 3 big bags of trash. Although I do not have definite proof but I do have photos of the trash they left around the common space we share.
