Perhaps if I may ask, why are you comparing these 2 projects since there are tonnes of projects out there too for your choice? Both projects have their individual features different from each other and appeal to the different buyers. If we are speaking about purely from investment point of view, the answer is outright going for the project with lower pricing, since it will in turn mean lower rental asking which will attract prospective tenants. If you are looking for own occupation, perhaps we will need to look further into facing of the units configuration which suits your family as well as other nitty gritty details like accessibility to the facilities and amenities to determine suitability. It could be pretty confusing if a cheaper project is not the shortlisted project in terms of the above factors if you do not have a specific formula to determine the intangible values of those factors.
