Which type of facing (N,S,E,W) can command a better selling price generally?

Dear sir/madam,
In general, facing of the unit will not appreciate. That is to say if you buy a unit with south facing, you will also sell a unit with south facing therefore what the gain that you see when you are selling a property is due to the appreciation in value as well as the motivation of a buyer. Simple to say if our answer to you is that a south facing unit can sell the highest price, chances are when you are buying, it will also be at the highest price. In general, facing does not come into too much consideration these days as there are various materials to counter the west sun or east sun so on and so forth. It matters to buyers who are believers of fengshui that there are certain facings that they will only consider as they believe that it will bring up the value of themselves when it comes to daily living.

I have a detach house near Old Tampines Rd for rent. Currently a residential dwelling. 1000/8000sqf 2 storey. $12k very nego. Available from early December. Unit has long driveway. Let me know if you are keen to explore.
