Dear Julius,

There is no which tenure you should take but to consider the overall investment potential of projects.

Are you more inclined towards rental returns? If yes, perhaps you should be considering projects that is going to TOP soon or already tenanted for almost immediate returns. Work out your sums right as you are liable to pay Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty as a foreigner purchasing a property here.
