There are many ways to invest in properties in Singapore. Most agents will recommend buying a new launch and for your budget you can get a small one around the CBD, where returns are the highest. Or, you can buy a bigger one which is older and a little further away, which foreign families like to lease. Or, you can buy one that can go for enbloc in the years to come and lease it out whilst waiting for enbloc to happen.
