Which side of the building is noisier north or south side?

Dear Mr Alejandro,
I think noise is a relative matter and differs from person to person. One side faces the noisy Alexandra Road while the other faces the MRT track. The only way out for you is to visit the units physically and feel it on your own for decision. For that matter, I will probably choose the side with MRT which I think is further away and there is less exhaust generated as compared to the exhaust generated from the vehicles on Alexandra Road. Just my own opinion.
