I presume ECs nearest to MRT falls into this category, and you might want to consider Brownstone or Visionaire which is within 5 mins walk to future Canberra MRT (red line). In my humble opinion, the sites for EC are usually not situated near MRT stations as these land plots are reserved for EC which is a form of subsidized housing. Therefore these plots are usually cheaper as compared to plots earmarked for private development around the same area.

If you are looking for a growth story with potential for future capital appreciation, I would suggest you to explore Brownstone EC and Visionaire EC which are within walking distance from the future MRT station.

The connectivity of the area will increased with the North South Expressway which will be completed in 2020.
