Which district is most expensive, middle and low in price?

Hi Yenny
You can refer to www.srx.com.sg and you shall see a map of the cool and hot prices of all districts.
Of course, central districts will be red hot. and Outside Central districts are cooler.
These are just a reference based on price index so it is always advisable to talk to an agent to hunt down the best deals, even within a red-hot district.
In the end, more expensive or less, its also about Capital Gain, Wealth Retention and Rental Yields.
