Which condo has more potential for own stay as well as future prospect The Bayshore or Double Bay Residences ??
I am intereted in buying 4 bedroom apartment. The next question is should I wait for another 2-3 months to see the outcome of measures taken by singapore government to cool down the property or buy at this time ???
