Dear tenants,

Knowing the budget alone will be insufficient to match you to units that may suit you since we are only interested at the prices. I have strong track records of matching my tenants to units they fall in love with simply because I set out to find out more about my tenant's lifestyle, office location, the children's school and etc. before I select the closest match projects to show my clients. In this way, I do not waste my tenant's precious time in bringing them round and round without exactly matching them to units that suit them. A successful match can usually be done within 3 viewing sessions, unless the expectations and requirements have low matching supply or not realistic.

Just this week, I have managed to match my tenant who have just arrived from Denmark to a unit he loves within 5 days period (2 viewing sessions). He has been so happy with the whole process that he is even willing to pay me more than market rate.
