Most condominiums are pet-friendly as long as your pet does not cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. You will need to check with your Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) on what is and isn't allowed in your condominium.

What you can do is to go through our listing, select the property that suits your requirements and then ask the agent to check with the MCST.

Pets shed a lot of fur on the furniture and can sometimes even cause damage to the furniture. So, it’s wiser to rent partially furnished or unfurnished homes over fully furnished ones.

Floors made of tiles, concrete, masonry, as well as floorboards, are easy to mop and wipe clean.

Be prepared to pay for a higher amount in rent or in the security deposit to ensure that the property is protected against any damages caused by a pet. Get everything on paper in your tenancy agreement.
