Where can I find condos with at least 4 bedrooms and above 2000 sq ft in the north or north east areas? I am OK with new launches or newish existing developments

Would you consider a 2379 sqft 4 bedroom penthouse in Hougang for under $1.6m? I believe this would be one of the few projects that meets all your criteria so far.

It's a new project, stated TOP in June 2015, which may mean you can move in as early as end of 2014.
