Where can i find a agent who is good at appealing to hdb to sell the house 1 year early before end of march 2018, so that we can purchase a resale flat or EC with my wife. Btw she used bank loan to purchase a hdb flat before.

Good day Sir / madam .

I have recently sold a hdb that was only 2plus years old , matter of fact 2plus more years to MOP minimum occupation period . Approve hdb sale before MOP .

However the circumstances are very much different from you , as the sellers are very much in arrears to hdb .

In addition SSD sellers stamp duty of 8% of sales price was deducted from sales proceeds . NO WAIVER OF SSD .
