where can i buy a landed property below $1m?

Hi JLim,
There are a few landed properties under $1m but they have only left with less than 30years lease therefore you won't be able to secure any loans to finance your purchase should you require to.
The cheapest unit that is currently in my team's inventory is at least $1.7m negotiable.
