Where are the most Australian staying in Singapore?

Dear sir/madam,
I have Australian tenants staying in the east like Ris Grandeur, also another Australian in the newly TOP project D'Leedon, while not forgetting another Australian family staying in Novena area at Viva. It very much depends on the lifestyle of family and their priorities, not forgetting their housing allowance available.
