The newest HDB cluster in Serangoon will be the blocks at 255-258 series at Serangoon Central Drive, its about 15 years. For the HDBs everywhere else in Serangoon, they are probably 30 years thereabouts.

Good morning buyer,

I recently served buyers with about the same requirements as you and shortlisted a few blocks for them.

It will be 232A, 234A, 236A and 255 to 258.

But due to young age among a mature estate, the supply of available units are not much.

May I know what's your budget in mind? Have you obtain your in principle approval (IPA) or home loan eligibility (HLE) yet?
