Hi,

Looks like end 2024 or early 2025 is possible judging by the progress. Have you cleared your 3 year SSD window? I think there are some new developments with upside potential you can redeploy the funds to after liquidating this investment. If your age still allows you to take up a longer tenure loan it may still be a good idea to try to flip another property launch for gains. Happy to discuss further at 97432395  .

Looking at the progress of the construction, the project should obtained it's TOP by this year. There are already sub-sale happening and owners have made a tidy profit. As to whether to sell or rent, if the Seller's Stamp Duty period is over, you may consider selling as prices have appreciated and considering the soft rental market, it may not be as easy to secure a tenant as well.
