If the unit is rented out furnished and the tenancy agreement has an inventory list with all the furniture, then the furniture will be included. As for the price of these furniture, usually it is negotiated as part of the sale price. Alternatively, there are some cases which I helped my clients to negotiate a takeover fees for the furniture.
