Currently transacted price for 2-BRs are in the range of $850K to $900K. As this development is very conenient and near to MRT, you may set a higher price of $1100psf, which is still reasonable.

Estimated TOP will be early than stated in brochure, might be possible for late 2012 or early 2013.

Currently I am also marketing a 1-BR unit facing MRT track, would be glad if I can include your 2-BR in my list to market it. Let me know if you are keen to sell and I can assist.
