when i and my wife got married we purchased a hdb 3 room Flat direct from Hdb.At that time my wife was 30 and i was 20 and i can't put my name as an 2nd owner due to my age.so my name was placed under occupier.After 12 years i filed for divorced and my question is during do i have a share on the flat based on my reason that without my name and getting married she will never be able to purchased the flat?As she is below 35 without getting married she will never get to buy a flat?So in my scenario what my position?
