When a seller angage an agent to market his property, if d agent found a buyer with another agent so called " cobroke " is it necessary for a seller to know who his cobroke Agt ie name or Agt company ... ..? Pls adv thks

Evening Ian,

It's not necessary that you will know who your buyer's agent is. Lesser to which agency the agent is from. But if this is a concern for you, try talking to your sales person.

It is not necessary for a seller to know who the co-broke agent is, or which company the agent is from.

As far as the necessary paperwork and procedures is concerned, the agent representing you should be able to take charge of all the necessary.
