It will be more prudent to verify with the listing salesperson personally to avoid any misunderstandings or miscommunications.
Even from fully furnished apartment perspective, it could mean different things as some families do not require certain furniture while some may require. It is always better to list down the exact items required to landlords if you are interested to put in an offer to rent a place.
