What's the meaning of letter of undertaking and letter of indemnity? Does it got to do with plumbing (e.g. pipe choking, flood etc..) during midst of renovation work? Does Landlord has the right to let us sign either letter as he fears his office will get flood or drainage leading towards his office might choke. Please advise!! Thanks!!
