Dear Mr Lim,

May I know the landed property type you are referring to as well as the tenure of the property?

My understanding for Jalan Jarak is that it has mixed tenure for the properties therefore it is important to know more details about the property you are referring to in order to provide the most accurate information.

Maybe you will like to share with me more information on your landed thus I can further advise you.

Eg. Terrace/ Semi D?; 999LH/ Freehold; how many storeys, land and built in area etc.

Btw past transactions might not be a good reference for your landed, I will recommend to obtain bank indicatives that will reflects the estimated current market price of your property.
