There are a numbers of EC in the market right now.
Personally would recommend a few such as
1)Brownstone
Next to new upcoming Canberra MRT which 2 bedder only as low as $600k++. Most of the units are below 1million. However, the TOP date for this project is early 2019. Projects that is near to MRT/Public transport would be much higher demand whenever comes to leasing comparing to those further than MRT/Public transport.

2) Sol Acres
The attractive pricing of this EC
2 bedder starting from $452K
Walking distance to 2 LRTs -Teck Whye and Keat Hong
and also 4 bus stops away from Choa Chu Kang MRT. However, the TOP for this project is also estimated March 2019. The units moving real fast!
