It was around 600k - 650k range, probably 9 years back. Resale prices now are closer to 700k to 750k range. It is evident how private property prices remain resilient despite several cooling measures over the years amidst a low interest rate environment.
Why not consider new launches in the nearby districts? The west region still has a lot of potential and rentability is good with various tenant pools and with the Tuas port set to consolidate in the West by 2040 and jurong regional centre still developing.
