What type of residential can a non-Malaysian WP holder rent?

Hi,
The only restriction between Malaysian & Non-Malaysian WP holder is:
Non-Malaysian worker permit holders from
(a) Building Construction and
(b) Marine & Process
industry are not allow to rent HDB flat. They are only allow to stay in dormitories.
Apart from the above industry, Non-Malaysian work permit holders are allowed to rent any type of properties.
