In this case seller is represented by Agent.
I have heard many cases where OTP was not granted properly. eg : My Friend granted OTP by the agent only to realize owner did not sign it . then they have to redo the OTP . etc.
I am fine with the delay . the questions is more like can the OTP be voided / tear down , and issue new OTP ( dont have to wait till it expires ) if things like this crop out.
