Your range should be $2k upwards unless unit is in dilapidated conditions. If location is within minutes walk from MRT or bus interchange, you can probably command about $2200. This said, we will also need to know if aircon is available in the unit. I am bringing a couple of Malaysian families around for viewing coming Monday night and perhaps may introduce them to your unit if it is feasible.
