What relief or measures can foreigners who have rented flats in SG but stuck overseas due to COVID and cannot come back due to no return approval from MOM for months do, in terms of their rental fees, renewal, termination.

Hi, it will be the negotiation between both the landlord and the tenant. In fact, some of my landlords do lowered the rental out of goodwill.
