What much does a 2 bedder (with no noon sun) in concourse skyline cost? I see that there are 200 plus listings. I am wondering if the prices are lower now.

Hi Stella Yes, prices will be lowered and negotiable now as we start to see a downside for HDB as well as private property. And for some serious seller, they will be quick to dispose off their unit if a reasonable offer comes in.
