What makes ground floor units less desirable?

Hi Susan, I am Bryan from ERA. Some ground floor units are more prone to pest such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, rats. Some ground floor units will get more noises from vehicles and humans if the unit is facing roads, carpark entrances or exits, guardhouses, lift landing and pickup/drop off points.
