2 Long term Visit Pass
3 Dependent Pass
4 Work Permit
5 S Pass
6 Employment Pass

I believe if he got job here, he would be in the process of obtaining an Employment Pass (EP), and as his wife, you would be granted a Dependent Pass (DP). In this view, signing the lease will not be an issue.
