UK projects are gaining popularity among Investors from Singapore and it will be interesting to know what are the terms and conditions attached to the purchase before you make any decisions. In all honesty, I believe that a sound exit strategy should be in place for all foreign projects as it is pointless to have a property that has high value but yet you are unable to cash out if you need or wish to. I have a couple of overseas projects with a buy back plan in place if you are keen to explore. Also, in my humble opinion, it still feel safer if this project is nearer to you therefore I would still prefer to put my money in nearby projects like Malaysia and Philippines.
