Hi Sonia,

The valuation of your 4rm should be in the range of 360k to 380k, depending on the actual size, level, facing and condition.

COV should be in the range of 20k to 40k.

If you are serious in selling, should proceed to do an official HDB valuation. I can assist you with this.
