What is the typical agent's fee I will pay when renting an apartment? One month?

Hi James,
As mentioned by Sophia, commission payable will be half month rental fees for 1 year rental and full month rental for 2 years rental. If the salesperson is representing a GST registered estate agency, you will be required to pay GST for the commission payable.
