The stamp duty for a commercial property in Singapore purchased on or after 20 Feb 2018 is as follows:

First $180,000 1%
Next $180,000 2%
Next $640,000
Remaining amount 3%

Good evening Kesh, It wil be normal buyer's stamp duty of estimated 3% based on purchase price. If you are purchasing one with residential component, you will have to pay additional buyer's stamp duty for it.
