Good morning Alvin,

Based on HDB website, 2 similar units (100sqm) sold within 200m from your house for the past 6 months were $520k (june) to $528k (july). Both are high floor units.

Another unit on #06 at Blk 268 was sold at $452k. It TOP in the same year (1999) as your block and around same size (101 sqm).

So you can take these 3 pricing as reference. You will notice that there's a price difference for low and high floor units.

You might want to share more information about your unit so I can provide better assessment on the estimated sale price.
