What is the rental value of my Yishun flat? I wrote earlier but did not disclose my address - it is Blk133 Yishun St 11 #02-193, Singapore 760133. I had it fully renovated about eight years ago. As explained in my earlier email, I am living in the United States and would appreciate advice. I have been renting without lease to a tenant at low rent.

Hi Ruby,

Renting out without a contract is very dangerous for your as a landlord. You should take advantage of the current strong rental market to secure a good tenant for a long lease and more importantly with a proper contract to protect your interests as a landlord. Rental price will be depend on facing, partial or fully furnished, condition of unit, etc
