What is the rental rate for a 1335 sq ft condo at park east?

Hi Ms Soh,
As recent as 7 May, the rental transacted for similar size is $2800 but rental rate asking is all about condition of the unit, facing, furnishing options etc.
Currently there is a slightly smaller size renovated unit at Park East that is asking for $4,000/ mth. You may want to draw some references from it.
