What is the penalty for salesman who had doctored sales agreement. Luckily his agency had kept a copy which is different from the salesman but it was what we (buyer) had signed. The salesman had covered the material fact that the seller's agent is his wife as they want to earn both side commission. Now his agency had terminated him due to misconduct and his licence has been suspended for more than one year. Now he wanted to claim commission from us, buyer directly. Can this suspended salesman do it by forging agreement?
